KAIRO is a personal AI assistant developed as part of the OMNIS project. This Privacy Policy explains how KAIRO handles information when interacting with users through supported services, including Instagram.
When a user interacts with KAIRO through Instagram, the application may receive information necessary to process the interaction, such as the Instagram user identifier, message content, timestamps, and information provided as part of the interaction.
Information received through Instagram is used to process messages, provide responses, operate and improve KAIRO, maintain security, and troubleshoot technical problems.
KAIRO uses Meta's Instagram APIs to receive and respond to messages and to provide functionality associated with the connected Instagram account. KAIRO does not sell Instagram user information.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the functionality of KAIRO, maintain security, or comply with applicable requirements.
KAIRO does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by technical service providers when necessary to operate the application and provide its functionality.
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect information processed by KAIRO. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Users may request information about or deletion of information associated with their interactions with KAIRO, subject to applicable technical and legal requirements.
This Privacy Policy may be updated as KAIRO develops or its integrations change. The latest version will be published on this page.
